2.      Donations Chair: Sydney (E-mail what the donation is and who it’s from to uberchicasyd@yahoo.com)

3.      Feb. 11 at 12:00pm meet at church for setup

4.      2 Donations per family

5.      Bring 2 dozen baked goods for dessert

6.      Sell 10 tickets each $10 includes: Salad, Bread, Spaghetti, Dessert, and a bottle of water

7.      Tickets should be ready by next week

-        Stockton fun event (with Stockton and Florin)

§         Broomball &Lock-in

§         Preferred Date: Jan. 27-28

-        WYBL Conference (in San Jose)

1.      Friday April 14 through Sunday April 16

2.      Sacramento is responsible for creating one workshop

-        Considering March for Community Service Project

Fresno Conference- November 19, 2005.
-We will ask for an extension date for those members who still want to
attend.
-There will be a meeting next week regarding more information such as
carpool/advisors
-We will leave Sacramento Saturday morning
-All day event at Fresno Church
- Return home on Sunday after everyone wakes up
Get-together at KOICHIS!
- October 29, 2005 at 12:00 (saturday)
- Bring some food and get your grub on!
- For a couple of hours
- Karaoke and games!

• Cabinet Members were announced.

• Brainstorm on Activities and Community Service Projects for the year.

• Spaghetti Feed dates, either Feb. 18 or Feb. 25 (need to confirm with church). Also start asking for gift donations for the raffle.
• Fresno Conference November 19^th.

There are 27 known delegates attending the conference and these are the drivers.

Note: Leaving Before sunrise on Saturday morning, hotel arrangements for Saturday night in progress, and Returning Sunday.

Please PACK LIGHTLY!!!!!
