Sakura Gakuen Japanese Language School teaches your child the wonderful world of Japanese language and culture. All classes are held on Saturdays, from 9:00a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Classes are offered from September through June (the schedule is parallel with traditional public schools). Adult classes are also available.

For a century, Sakura Gakuen provides various services i.e. language schooling with a focus on cultural costumes and traditions. Curriculum includes reading, writing, spelling, composition, and in Japanese history. In addition, we offer enjoyable activities like field trips, festivals, and family gatherings.

High school students are entitled to foreign language credit for instruction received through our in-educational program.

PARENT PARTICIPATION

Sakura Gakuen is an organization that depends on active parent participation Children benefit when parent participation is evident. The overall success of scheduled cultural events (cultural holidays, seasonal festivals, field trips, field days) and fundraisers are due to the team effort of all parents.
