CLASS SCHEDULE

1st period	9:00 - 9:45 am
2nd period	9:55 - 10:40 am
3rd period	10:50 - 11:35 pm
4th period	11:45 - 12:30 pm

RECESS MONITORS (courtyard, classroom/halls and kaikan)
4 parents needed each Saturday during EVERY recess.
9:45 / 9:55 / 10:50 / 11:45 am

SNACK MONITOR
1 parent needed each Saturday during recess.

EVENTS AND PROGRAMS
Please note that events are scheduled during the class hours of 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, unless otherwise notified. For parent volunteers, some events may require preparation time to being at 8:30 am. At the end of each event, we ask that everyone stay and help clean up.

IMPORTANT!! ALL PTC MEETINGS at 11:30 am in
Classroom 4
PTC meetings are important for the successful planning of scheduled events. Attendance of all officers, committee members and parents are required.

SAKURA GAKUEN BOARD MEETINGS
Educational Committee meets with Sakura Gakuen board members the last Monday of each month at 7:30 pm, unless otherwise notified.
