Welcome new and returning students to Sakura Gakuen Japanese Language School. We look forward to seeing you and to another successful school year!

REGISTRATION TUITION:

Plus $25 P.T.C. Dues per student, per academic year

$10 One Time Registration Fee Per Student

$10 Late Fee Charge

 (Please note: $20 charge for all returned checks)

Please fill out the enclosed registration form in advance. This ensures a more efficient process at the time of registration. Extra forms and assistance will also be available at registration. Once an accurate number of enrolled students are determined, books will be ordered and distributed accordingly. Costs of books will to be announced.

PARENT PARTICIPATION
Sakura Gakuen is an organization that depends greatly on parent participation. Our children directly benefit from all that we contribute. The success of scheduled events and fundraisers are due directly to the team effort of ALL parents. Parent Participation sign-up is an important phase of the registration process. It is necessary to require each family to sign up for your family’s participation in the school’s fundraisers and other events at Sakura Gakuen on registration day.

Please check your schedule to the Calendar of Events enclosed. This calendar is provided for your convenience to allow you sufficient time to determine which events can fit within your schedule. Sign-up sheets will be posted at the time of registration.

A deposit of $50 (separate from tuition) is required to ensure parent participation. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL CARRY OVER FROM YEAR TO YEAR if you successfully complete and document all of your signed-up events.  However, if you do not complete and document all of your signed-up events then you will forfeit the $50 deposit when their child departs the school; or if the child continues in the school the next school year then you must pay the $50 deposit again. (Officers and committee members are exempt from the deposit requirement).

To all of those parents who had fulfilled all of their parent participation last year, thank you very much! We couldn't have done it without you! Your time and effort are greatly appreciated!

SAKURA GAKUEN SCHOOL RULES    A copy of the school rules is enclosed. A signature page verifying that both parent(s) and student(s) have read and understand the school rules is also enclosed. Please sign and return the signature page at the time of registration.

The Sakura Gakuen Board and teaching staff work together with the PTC officers, committee members and room parents to provide your children with many cultural enrichment programs throughout the year. Thank you to all parents who have signed up for the upcoming year. Please feel free to call your questions or comments. We will do our best to address your needs and concerns.
