Our Online Registration System is now CLOSED.  Teams will now have to go through the Division Coordinators directly.  See Coordinator contact info HERE.

The Sacramento Betsuin cordially invites your teams to participate in our 41st Annual Sacramento Betsuin Invitational Basketball Tournament.

 

DATE:                  March 3 & 4, 2012

ENTRY FEE:       $375 per team

DUE DATE:         Roster and Entry Fee:     November 15, 2011

                            

 

DIVISIONS

B Boys and B Girls: 12th Grade and below
C Boys and C Girls: 9th Grade and below
D Boys and D Girls: 6th Grade and below
E Boys and E Girls: 4th Grade and below

                          

Note:  Teams must be league-roster teams - NO ALL STAR TEAMS or the combinations of players from teams within the same organization unless given prior approval from the tournament chair.  Players who were on high school basketball rosters during the current school year are NOT eligible.

 

 Please circulate this invitation to the applicable divisions in your organization or forward it to your previous organization.  Tell them the Betsuin 2012 tournament is now accepting team registrations.s, please contact me or the respective division coordinator.  A social flyer, hotel listing and t-shirt order form will be sent with the acceptance package by January 9, 2012.

Registration

1.    To Register:  Click on our:  "Online Registration website."  <= Click on the Blue Type

2.    Click on the "New Roster" button.
 (If you have already entered a roster for 2012, click on the "
Update Roster" button to
 update that roster.)

3.    Upon completion of the required information form, click on the "Submit Roster" button.  Print a copy of the confirmation page that is presented and mail to the address on the confirmation page.
The roster information will be submitted electronically to the Sacramento Betsuin database.

4.    Also upon completion of the roster information, you may obtain a copy of the medical release form (which will now contain your players’ names) by clicking on the “medical release” button. 

5.   The copy of the roster form, $375 entry fee and signed medical release form must be mailed to the following respective division coordinators.  See the hardcopy of this invitation that was mailed out or email coordinator for mailing info:
